Welcome to Yours Truly Najé (YTN). These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our website, www.yourstrulynaje.co.uk, and outline our YTN pre-order policy, refunds, and returns.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Yours Truly Najé is an independent womenswear brand based in the United Kingdom and operated by Najé Thompson as a sole trader.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and photograph our garments as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Our Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is sold as one complete ensemble, comprising a jacket and coordinating skirt.

Customers are encouraged to review the Size Guide before purchasing. Finished-garment measurements are provided to assist with size selection.

3. Pre-Orders

Our Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is currently available exclusively on a pre-order basis and is not ready for immediate dispatch, as outlined in our YTN pre-order policy.

Manufacturing takes approximately 6–8 weeks, followed by international transportation, customs clearance, and preparation for delivery from the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery is 10–12 weeks from the date of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to this extended delivery timeframe. 

We will provide updates about significant changes or delays. If we cannot fulfil an order within the agreed timeframe, we will contact you and explain the available options, including your applicable cancellation and refund rights.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is priced at £349, excluding any separately displayed delivery charges.

Full payment is required at checkout.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other supported payment methods displayed at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. 

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product cannot be supplied, payment is unsuccessful, or a genuine pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

6. UK Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery at £9.95 per order.

Orders are intended to be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm once manufacturing and preparation are complete.

The courier's delivery service applies after dispatch and does not shorten the pre-order manufacturing timeframe.

Tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

7. International Delivery

International delivery is currently offered to France, Germany, the United States, and Canada.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout according to the destination.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Where not included in the checkout price, these charges may be payable by the customer.

International delivery may take longer than the standard estimated pre-order timeframe due to customs procedures and local courier arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your pre-order before delivery by contacting contact@yourstrulynaje.co.uk.

For purchases covered by UK distance-selling cancellation rights, you also have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods.

Cancellation rights may also arise where delivery is delayed or the goods do not conform to the contract.

We will process valid cancellations and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer law and our YTN refunds and returns policy.

9. Returns

If your purchase is covered by UK consumer cancellation rights, please notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You may try on garments to assess their fit, as you would in a boutique. We ask that returned items be handled with care and, where possible, returned with their original labels and packaging.

Where legally permitted, a deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the garments.

Because the Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is sold as one complete ensemble, both pieces must be returned when cancelling the full purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for direct return postage costs where permitted by law.

Please contact us for return instructions. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured return service.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

For cancellations covered by UK consumer cancellation rights, refunds will be provided within the legally required timeframe.

Where goods have been dispatched, we may wait until the goods are returned or evidence of their return is supplied, as permitted by law.

Where required, refunds will include the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Additional premium delivery charges may not be refundable.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will not be conditional on returning goods that have not been delivered.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where available, photographs.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law, including appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or return arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Website Content

The YTN name, logo, original designs, photographs, written content, and other brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that customers may have under the laws applying to them.
