SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Yours Truly Najé, every piece is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, from placing your order to receiving your beautifully packaged ensemble, all while adhering to our shipping policy.

PRE-ORDERS

Our Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is available exclusively for pre-order.

Each ensemble is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities, allowing us to maintain our commitment to quality and considered craftsmanship.

Estimated delivery: 10–12 weeks from the date of purchase.

Our garments are manufactured in Hong Kong before being shipped to the United Kingdom for final preparation and dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, international shipping, or customs clearance. We will keep you informed of any significant delays, and your statutory rights remain unaffected. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we prepare your order, including your awareness of our international delivery options.

UK DELIVERY

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

UK delivery charge: £9.95 per order.

All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that the Royal Mail delivery service applies once your pre-order has completed production and is ready for dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are delighted to welcome international customers. Our international delivery service is currently available to France, Germany, the United States, and Canada. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout according to your delivery destination.

All international orders are dispatched using a tracked and signed delivery service. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and may be payable by the customer. Our estimated pre-order delivery timeframe for international shipping is 10–12 weeks. International deliveries may require additional time depending on the destination and customs clearance. Delivery availability may vary by country, as outlined in our shipping policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may change.

You may request cancellation of your pre-order at any time before delivery. For orders covered by UK consumer cancellation rights, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request cancellation, please contact us through our website. Where a valid cancellation is made before dispatch, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law and our return policy.

RETURNS

We hope you will love your Yours Truly Najé ensemble. However, if your purchase is not quite right, we are happy to assist under our return policy.

For orders covered by UK consumer cancellation rights, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the garments. We kindly request that garments are returned unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging where possible.

You may try on the garments to assess their fit, just as you would in a boutique. If garments have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit, a deduction from the refund may apply where legally permitted. The Esther Jacket & Skirt Set is sold as one complete ensemble. Both the jacket and skirt should be returned together when cancelling the purchase. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by applicable law. We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured return service.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law and our return policy.

For cancellations covered by UK consumer cancellation rights, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery services may not be refundable. For international orders, cancellation and return rights may vary according to the customer's location and applicable consumer protection laws.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Yours Truly Najé garment is prepared with care. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where available. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including covering reasonable return postage where required. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
